What are the packaging options available ?

Each product standard packaging/box can be found on the product page.

For some products, you can add either add a personalized card only or a gift packaging to your order.  The preferred option can be selected from the " GIFTING OPTIONS" drowpdown menu on the product page.

The difference between the two options:

  • Personalised Card only: it includes a card + envelope. The card has a picture on the front side, and your message will printed on the back side.  
  • Make it a Gift: this option includes a personalized card and envelope + tissue paper + shopping bag.

Where can I add my gift card message?

On each product page there is a gifting option dropdown menu. Once the gifting or personalised card option is selected, an empty text box will appear where you can fill your personalised message.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard shipping within the United Arab Emirates. Shipping standard rate 25 dirham 2-5 days. Times and costs may vary based on your location and the size of your order. To track shipments within UAE,  Click Here

What is your return policy?

Due to the delicate nature of our products and the customization offered, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products sold, all sales are final. Damaged products are excluded from this policy.

Do you offer international shipping?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. To track your shipment,  Click Here

Can I cancel my order?

All products that involve customization cannot be cancelled. For all other products, if your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service team. If your order has already shipped, but not yet received, we will inform the shipping company to return it. Please note shipping cost and bank charges are non-refundable.
