REFUND & RETURNS
All products that involve customization cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. For all other products, if your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service team. If your order has already shipped, but not yet received, we will inform the shipping company to return it. Please note shipping cost and bank charges are non-refundable for all processed orders.
